Kathy believes that professional real estate service begins with personalization with an agent who listens, who tailors their service to your wants and needs, and who not only communicates well, but is available to answer your questions and concerns both day and night.

And those questions don't need to be about buying or selling a home. A longtime resident of Satellite Beach, Kathy knows the community and is happy to share her knowledge. When you're looking for a home in a specific price range offering a specific set of amenities, Kathy knows exactly where to focus your search.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kathy spent years in the financial industry, helping buyers realize their dreams of home ownership. She enjoyed it, but longed to be out of the office, seeing the homes and interacting with her clients. She says that switching to real estate was the best choice she ever made.

Now she uses her knowledge of the financial industry to guide her buyers and to help sellers analyze offers. Problem-solving when a mortgage glitch occurs is also easier because she can speak with lenders in their own language and understand what needs to be done in order to move forward.

When not assisting buyers and sellers, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, boating and fishing on the Intracoastal, and playing with her two pugs Jet Lag Li and Little B.
