The BS Show: Upcoming Things in Brevard!

Exciting things are coming to the Space Coast! Today, Garrett and Susan share some much anticipated details regarding some new businesses opening soon in Brevard County!

One of the most talked about topics is Compass by Margaritaville Resort! It features a Hotel, Restaurant, Marina, and Outdoor Music Venue and will be located on the Indian River Lagoon in Melbourne. Construction will begin mid-2022, with the Hotel and Marina projected to open in Fall 2024!

Another new business that we are especially excited about is Vibrant Alchemy! Owner, Megan Gonzalez is within our office and we could not be more proud of her! Vibrant Alchemy is a cocktail bar with a farm-to-table concept, the restaurant will not serve alcohol, instead taking a holistic health approach. They will offer cocktails made with adaptogenic herbs with healing properties that have euphoric effects and will have a tapas heavy menu with a lot of sharable plates as well as specials for lunch and dinner. They are located in the Indian Harbour Beach Publix plaza and are expected to open at the end of this Summer.

Garrett and Susan will also share some details regarding: Cocoa Village Hotel, Crumbl Cookie, News with SpaceX, and some new businesses in Crosswood Village!
